Scotland Foss

Scotland Foss is currently the Enterprise Sales Director at Scratchpad. Prior to this, they served as District Manager at Autodesk, where they were the #1 District Manager and closed the largest net new deal in ACS history. They also coached and developed a team that achieved incredible results. Before Autodesk, Scotland was with PlanGrid, where they rapidly scaled from SaaS startup to a ~$1B exit as one of the fastest ramping and top performing reps, earning Presidents Club and top 5 rep honors every year.

Scotland Foss attended Western Oregon University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Psychology. Scotland then pursued certification from LinkedIn in Field Sales Management. Additionally, they hold certification from Force Management in both Force Management Command of the Message and Force Management Command of the Sale. Finally, they are certified by The Ken Blanchard Companies in Coaching Essentials.

Their manager is Pouyan Salehi, CEO & Co-Founder. They work with Cyrus Karbassiyoon - CTO & Co-Founder, Olivia Beaman Hallquist - Head of People, and Nate Odell - VP, Marketing.
