Norma Aguilar

Norma Aguilar has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at Screen Australia since 2018. Previously, Norma held various HR-related positions at Genome.One and The Garvan Institute of Medical Research, focusing on talent acquisition and human resources management. Early career highlights include roles such as Recruitment Advisor at the University of Wollongong and ERM, along with locum positions at IOOF Holdings Ltd and Sparke Helmore. Norma began in recruitment with Robert Walters in London and worked as a European Recruitment Advisor for The Bank of New York Mellon. Norma holds a Bachelor of Social Science from Western Sydney University.
