Rick S. has a solid work experience in sales and account management roles. Rick started their career as an SDR at Podium in 2020. Rick then moved to LastPass in 2021, where they worked as an Account Executive for a year and later became the Account Executive Team Lead for another year. In 2023, Rick joined Motivosity as an Account Executive and then transitioned to become the Head of Sales at ScreenSteps later that year.

Rick S. completed their education at Brigham Young University in 2017, where they studied English Language and Literature. Rick then pursued further education in User Experience (UX) at Devmountain until 2019.
