Jen Steinhorst

Jen Steinhorst is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in graphic design, product development, and sales strategy, currently serving as a Product Development & Sales Strategist at Rural Heart by Rene' Earnhardt since November 2022. With a long tenure at Screenworks USA since December 2014 as a Graphic Designer & Product Developer in apparel, Jen has a strong foundation in the graphic apparel industry. Previous roles include positions at SeaWorld Orlando as Director of Revenue for Merchandise, and Senior Corporate Product Developer at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. Jen also held key roles at Hanesbrands Inc. and Aveda, where responsibilities included account management and team leadership for new location training. Jen's early career includes character entertainment at The Walt Disney Company, providing a diverse background that enhances expertise in the creative and merchandising sectors. Jen is an alumnus of Carthage College.
