Matthew Gardner has been working in the scientific field since 2008. Matthew began their career as a Research Assistant at The George Washington University and then moved on to the National Institutes of Health (NIH): Intramural Research Program (IRP) as a Postbaccalaureate Intramural Research Training Award Fellow in 2011. From 2012 to 2019, they held the positions of Postdoctoral Researcher and Graduate Student Researcher at the University of California, Berkeley. Matthew currently works as a Scientist at Scribe Therapeutics.
Matthew Gardner completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from The George Washington University between 2007 and 2011. Matthew then went on to earn a Doctor of Philosophy in Infectious Diseases and Immunity from the University of California, Berkeley between 2012 and 2018.
