About this role

As our first Go-To-Market Data Analyst, you will enable data-driven decision-making for our GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) by providing valuable insights throughout the customer lifecycle stages. You will report to the Head of Data and partner with leadership to drive efficient outcomes for our PLG motion by analyzing, tracking, and evaluating the customer journey. In this role, you will establish a top-tier function by developing datasets and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and understand our diverse customer base. Your contributions will unlock the next phase of Scribe’s exponential growth.

You could be a great fit if

• You have 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Science roles
• You are an expert in SQL and can write complex but scalable queries
• You possess extensive experience with data visualization tools and techniques
• You are proficient in sales, revenue, and marketing analytics and workflows
• You are familiar with product-led-growth (PLG) concepts and B2B SaaS
• You have experience in building robust datasets for advanced analytics
• You have effective communication skills for seamless collaboration

Bonus

• Familiar with the modern data stack – we use DBT, Snowflake, and Mixpanel
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Sigma, Mode, and Power BI
• Exposure to scripting languages like Python or R

Compensation
120k-180k USD + Equity + Benefits
