Jessica Neufeld

Jessica Neufeld is a Professional Learning Specialist at Swivl, responsible for facilitating virtual onboarding and education sessions, designing professional learning pathways, and collaborating cross-functionally to create customer-facing resources. Jessica launched Swivl's first Training & Implementation Team and developed processes to enhance customer experience. Previously, Jessica served as a Training and Implementation Specialist at Mt. Diablo Unified School District, where analytical skills were applied in student assessment and software troubleshooting. Early career experience includes roles as a preschool teaching assistant and a certified parent educator, focusing on early childhood development. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Washington University in St. Louis and has completed coursework towards a Master of Arts in Education at Webster University.
