Jennifer Au

Jennifer Au serves as the Medical Director of the Scripps Cancer Center Hepatocellular Carcinoma Program since September 2023 and holds the position of Interim Medical Director for the Scripps/MD Anderson Hepatocellular Carcinoma Program while also working as a Transplant Hepatologist at Scripps Health since August 2020. With a robust background in hepatology, Jennifer has contributed to Einstein Healthcare Network as a Transplant Hepatologist since July 2015 and previously held roles as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University from September 2017 to July 2020 and as a Gastroenterology and Hepatology Fellow at Scripps Health from July 2012 to June 2015. Jennifer completed extensive training as a Hepatology Fellow and Internal Medicine Resident at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals between July 2008 and June 2012. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine degree from Temple University - Lewis Katz School of Medicine (2004-2008) and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Franklin & Marshall College (2001-2004).
