Mark Cinque

Mark Cinque is currently serving as an Orthopedic Sports Medicine Surgeon at Scripps Clinic Medical Group, specializing in complex knee, hip, and shoulder procedures since September 2024. In addition to this role, Mark is also a Team Physician for the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Team and has recently completed an Orthopedic Sports Medicine Fellowship at The Steadman Clinic. Mark's extensive training includes an Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at Stanford Health Care, further enhanced by a Sports Medicine Fellowship at Oslo University Hospital. Mark's earlier experience includes positions as a Research Coordinator at Steadman Philippon Research Institute, a Surgical Intern at San Francisco Shoulder Elbow and Hand Clinic, and an Orthopaedic Surgery Researcher at Scripps Health. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine from Georgetown University School of Medicine, a Master of Science in Physiology and Biophysics from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
