Richard Clayton

Richard Clayton is an experienced Freelance Video Editor with a diverse background in the broadcast industry. Since October 2016, Richard has provided editing services for Scripps Networks Interactive, Sunset+Vine, and BT Sports, while maintaining freelance work since 2015. Prior to these roles, Richard spent over a decade at Sky, where skills in creating openers, closers, and features were honed, demonstrating a high level of creativity under tight deadlines. Richard also gained foundational experience as a VT Operator at Ascent Media from 2001 to 2004. Richard holds an HND in Media Communication and Production from Newcastle College School of Art and Design and Newcastle University, completed between 1998 and 2000.
