Mallom Azia Liggon

Mallom Azia Liggon is a seasoned industry professional with extensive experience in film direction, story analysis, and creative development. Currently serving as the Director of the Filmmaker's Workshop at New York Stage and Film since March 2022, Liggon has successfully overseen the creative development of over 24 projects, achieving a significant surge in program applications through strategic marketing efforts. Additionally, Liggon contributes as a Story Analyst for ScriptHop's The Gauntlet, leveraging experience with major companies such as FOX and Disney to evaluate screenplays. A founding member of Diverso, Liggon facilitated impactful panels for HBCU students and has held leadership roles in mentorship initiatives aimed at underrepresented youth.
