Allison Chan

Allison Chan is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Lead Scribe for Scrivas, LLC in the Baptist Hospital Pediatric Emergency Department since May 2022, where responsibilities include recording physician-patient interactions and documenting pertinent health information while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Prior to this role, Allison worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Miami's UQUEST Research Lab, organizing data and preparing educational materials for second to fifth grade students. Additionally, as an Academic Success Coach with Breakthrough Miami, Allison engaged with scholars to track academic progress and facilitate workshops. Allison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Nutrition from the University of Miami, completed in December 2022.
