Guilherme Petris

Guilherme Petris has a diverse work experience in the field of data engineering and analytics. Guilherme is currently working as a Data Engineer at Scrive since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Acast from 2019 to 2021 as a Data Analyst, where they implemented data pipelines, developed data products, created visualizations and dashboards, and conducted analysis for sales performance evaluation.

Guilherme also served as a Guest Lecturer on Business Intelligence at Hyper Island for a short period in 2021. Before that, they worked at Husqvarna Group as a Global Transport Coordinator from 2018 to 2019, where they implemented a data visualization tool and optimized data pipeline to improve insights and reduce costs.

Guilherme also worked as an S&OP Analytics at Straumann in 2018, where they developed forecasting models, analyzed trends, and designed performance metrics for sales. Guilherme gained early work experience as an intern in Excel Solutions Brasil, BMW Group, and Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT), where they gained experience in Excel consulting, logistics planning and operations, and simulation in computational fluid dynamics. Guilherme also worked as an industrial project research intern at CNPq - MCT, where they conducted research on air conditioner performance in thermal stress conditions.

Guilherme Petris's education history is as follows:

Guilherme obtained a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná, starting in 2011 and completing it in 2017. The field of study for this diploma is unspecified.

Additionally, Guilherme engaged in an exchange program at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) from 2014 to 2016, where they pursued a Diploma in Maschinenbau (Mechanical Engineering).

In terms of certifications, Guilherme has received various credentials. These include the Snowflake Data Engineer Certification from Snowflake in April 2021, the Forecasting with R certification from DataCamp in February 2020, and the Advanced Looker Developer Bootcamp certification from Looker in September 2019. Lastly, Guilherme obtained a Master Certification in Excel from Excel Solutions Ltda in May 2017.
