Rasmus Nelson has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Rasmus started their career at Antenn Consulting where they provided employee coaching and helped conduct a skill inventory. Rasmus then joined IKEA as a kitchen planner, assisting customers in designing their kitchens and training new employees.
Rasmus then moved on to The Adecco Group, where they held multiple positions. As a Business Manager, they managed a team of associates and created requirement profiles for clients. Rasmus later became a Business Line Developer, focusing on improving Adecco Student and implementing a SaaS booking system. Rasmus also served as the responsible person for the company's CRM system.
Following their time at The Adecco Group, Rasmus worked at CGI as a CRM Functional Consultant specializing in Dynamics 365. In this role, they contributed to various projects aimed at enhancing customer relationship management and client management processes for clients.
Most recently, Rasmus joined Scrive as a Customer Success Manager and later as a Senior Customer Success Manager. In these roles, they managed key customers, ensuring high levels of adoption, satisfaction, and expansion.
Throughout their career, Rasmus has acquired skills in areas such as business development, CRM systems, project management, training, and customer service.
Rasmus Nelson earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Lund University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained three certifications: "Account Based Selling for AE:s" from Sales Impact Academy in December 2022, "Jolt: Combat Buyer Hesitation Certificate" from Sales Impact Academy in November 2022, and "MB-200 Microsoft Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Core" from Microsoft in January 2020.
