Jiaying L.

Jiaying L. has a diverse range of work experience in the insurance and technology industries. Starting in 2014, they worked at the Chartered Insurance Institute as a Chartered Insurer, specializing in managing corporate account portfolios, particularly in Property and Casualty product lines. Jiaying obtained their Dip CII qualification during their time there. In 2021, Jiaying joined IBM as an IBM Certified Practitioner, focusing on Enterprise Design Thinking, Cloud Computing, and Blockchain. Jiaying also held roles at the DevOps Institute, ICAgile, Scrum Alliance, and AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2023, where they further expanded their expertise in DevOps leadership, agile methodologies, and ITIL 4.

Jiaying L.'s education history includes a Master of Science (MSc) in International Business from the University of Birmingham. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business (BBus) degree in Economics and Finance from RMIT University.
