Jim Constant

Jim Constant has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jim started their career at Riverside Bank, where they worked as a Commercial Lender from December 1995 to June 1998. Jim then transitioned to Union Bank of California, assuming the role of AVP/Sr. Business Systems Analyst from July 1998 to April 2005. Following this, they joined Capital Group, where they held various positions such as Sr. Business Systems Analyst/Product Owner from April 2005 to July 2018, Sr. Solution Engineer/Lead iOS Developer from August 2018 to July 2019, and currently works as a Product Owner/Sr. Business Solution Designer from August 2019 onwards. In addition to their roles in the industry, Jim is also an active member of the Scrum Alliance, holding certifications including Certified Scrum Professional, Certified Scrum Product Owner, and Certified Scrum Master, obtained from September 2009 to the present.

Jim Constant completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Finance, specializing in Investments, Financial Markets, and Financial Planning, from Cal State Fullerton's College of Business and Economics in 1993. Prior to that, they attended Hoover High School from 1983 to 1985. Additionally, Jim has obtained several certifications, including "The Innovator's DNA" from Innovator's DNA in February 2020, "Claritas Investment Certificate" from CFA Institute in October 2015, "Certified Scrum Professional" from Scrum Alliance in December 2012, "Certified Scrum Master" from Scrum Alliance in February 2010, and "Certified Scrum Product Owner" from Scrum Alliance in September 2009.
