Marco Mulder

Marco Mulder has a diverse and extensive work experience. Marco started their career at IBM in 1997, where they worked as an IT Architect until 2005. From 2005 until 2011, they were a Senior Consultant at Xebia. In 2008, they became the Chairman of nlscrum, and held this position until 2011. In the same year, they joined Zilverline as a Scrum coach and trainer, where they worked until 2018. Marco then became a Certified Scrum Trainer, Certified Enterprise Coach, and Certified Team Coach at Scrum Alliance in 2011, a role they continue to hold. Most recently, in 2019, they became a Scrum coach and trainer, as well as an OKR coach and trainer, at scrumtrainingcoaching.com.

Marco Mulder attended the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 1991 to 1997, where they obtained a degree in computer sciences (drs, cum laude). In addition to their formal education, Marco Mulder also holds several certifications. In August 2011, they became a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) from the Scrum Alliance. Marco also obtained the certifications of Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) and Certified Team Coach (CTC) from the Scrum Alliance in February 2011.
