Rod Claar, CSM, CSPO, CSP, CSD, CST

Rod Claar has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Rod began their career at Henry Bacon Building Materials, where they served as Pricing Director for several years. Rod then moved on to AccessVia, where they worked as a Development Lead. Following this, Rod worked as a Senior Consultant at Net Objectives.

In 2005, Rod joined Agile Cooperative as an Enterprise Agile Team Consultant before transitioning to 3Back LLC in 2008, where they served as a Senior Consultant. In the same year, Rod founded Effective Agile Development, where they worked as a Principal Consultant specializing in software development coaching, training, and consulting.

Rod's expertise in agile methodologies led him to join RippleRock as the Agile Practice Leader for North America in 2010. Rod later joined the Scrum Alliance, taking on multiple roles, including Certified Scrum Trainer and Community Liaison for the SA-REP Program.
