Sander Linders

Sander Linders has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Sander currently holds the position of Capability Center Lead - Lean Agile Practice at Shell, where they lead an internal team of Scrum masters, agile coaches, and consultants to support the organization in delivering value from investments. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Agile Coach in Shell Information & Digital Engineering, where they played a crucial role in establishing and evolving agility across the company.

Before joining Shell, Sander was associated with Scrum Alliance, where they served as a Certified Team Coach (CTC) and a Scrum Foundations Educator. Sander also worked at Aegon Global Technology as a Senior Agile Coach, leading the organizational transformation of the Global systems support unit and the Cloud enablement unit. In addition, they held the role of Agile Coach and Sr. Business Analyst & Agile Consultant at Aegon Global Technology, where they connected business and IT through analysis and coaching.

Sander's earlier experience includes working at Aegon Nederland as an Application Manager, Scrum Master, and Product Owner. Sander was responsible for managing software delivery teams and prioritizing product backlogs. Sander also gained experience as a Claims-manager Income Insurances & Business Project Manager at Aegon Nederland.

Prior to joining Aegon Nederland, Sander worked at Nationale-Nederlanden as a Contract Manager and a Schadebehandelaar Inkomensverzekeringen, where they handled income insurance claims.

Sander Linders has a diverse education history. Sander attended De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, where they studied Management economie en recht. Sander also attended Huygens Lyceum, where they pursued Hoger algemeen voortgezet onderwijs (Havo).

In addition to their formal education, Sander has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include being an XLA Ambassador from Giarte - Founders of XLA®, a Certified AgilityHealth Facilitator (AHF) from AgilityHealth, a Team Kanban Practitioner from Kanban University, and a Certified Agile Leadership Essentials™, Certified Agile Leadership for Organizations™, and Certified Agile Leadership for Teams™ from Scrum Alliance. Additionally, Sander is a Scrum Foundations Educator and a Kanban Systems Improvement practitioner. Sander is a Certified Team Coach and a Certified SAFe 4 practitioner from Scrum Alliance, and has completed CAL1 (Certified Agile Leadership I) from Scrum Alliance.
