Bobby Shogen

Bobby Shogren is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in consulting, sustainability, and diversity initiatives. Currently serving as an Associate at Scrum Ventures since June 2022, Bobby previously worked as a Senior Consultant at Simon-Kucher & Partners, a leading revenue strategy firm. Bobby's earlier experience includes roles as a Diversity Intern at Amherst College, where strategies were developed to increase inclusivity among prospective students, and as a Corporate Sustainability Intern at Ecolab, focusing on water conservation. Additional internships ranged from market analysis at Prevent Biometrics, a startup in sports safety technology, to leading fundraising efforts for Homegrown Lacrosse, a nonprofit aimed at youth development. Bobby holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Environmental Studies from Amherst College.
