Hiren Shah

Hiren Shah is a seasoned entrepreneur who has been involved in cultivating the expansion of various consulting enterprises. Hiren is the Founder of Agile DNA Consultancy, where they focus on propelling digital and agile transformations and empowering top-tier teams. Hiren has also worked as a Delivery Director for Scrumconnect Consulting, leading multiple multi-disciplinary teams in the development of a digital case management system.

Prior to their current roles, Hiren worked at Fimatix as a Release Manager and an Agile Delivery Manager. Hiren also served as a Design Champion/Agile Champion at Visteon Corporation, where they worked on AUTOSAR-based projects. Hiren's experience also includes being a Senior Manager/Agile Coach at Cognizant Technology Solutions and a Software Consultant/Scrum Master at Visteon.

Before these positions, Hiren held roles such as a Senior System Integration Engineer at NDS Limited, a Software Consultant at Panasonic Automotive Systems, and various roles at Wipro Technologies, including Software Consultant, Applications Engineer, Project Leader, and Technical Lead.

Throughout their career, Hiren has demonstrated their expertise in agile methodologies, project management, and software development.

Hiren Shah earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Karnatak University, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Hiren also holds certifications including PMI-ACP, CSP, SPC, and CSM.
