Mark Duncan

Mark Duncan has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at Scrumconnect Consulting starting from December 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at the Ministry of Justice UK and the Cabinet Office Digital in 2023. Mark also gained experience as Head of Product Management at Scrumconnect from 2020 to 2023. In addition, Mark has held Senior Product Manager positions at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), the Ministry of Justice UK, the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), Capgemini, MaritzCX, and HM Revenue & Customs from 2016 to 2022.

Mark Duncan attended the University of Central Lancashire from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a BA Hons degree in Politics & Government. Prior to their university education, they attended Whitley Bay High School. It is also noted that Mark has a certification in Tarigo Product Management from Tarigo Ltd.
