Markus Fischer

Markus Fischer is an experienced professional in the field of industrial fastening technology, currently serving as Director of Technical Compliance and Technical Compliance Officer at SCS Concept Group since August 2019. Previously, Markus held the role of National Sales Manager (interim) at SCS Concept Deutschland GmbH and worked as a Trainer and Consultant at SCS Concept Academy GmbH, focusing on qualification concepts for industrial tightening techniques. Prior to that, Markus accumulated extensive experience at Atlas Copco in various roles, including Senior Trainer, Regulatory Compliance Specialist, and Manager of the Atlas-Copco-Tools-Academy. Earlier career highlights include serving as Head of the Training Centre at TBB Industrial Tools Services GmbH and Technical Sales Engineer at Atlas Copco Tools Central Europe GmbH. Markus began the career with an apprenticeship as a carpenter and has a Dipl. Ing. degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Rosenheim Technical University, along with certification as a Fastener Engineer.
