Rebecca Bar

Rebecca Bar is an accomplished Water Resources EIT at SCS Consulting Group Ltd., with experience in preparing master and functional servicing studies, detailed studies on stormwater management, and designing facilities using various engineering software. Prior to this role, Rebecca held internships with the City of Richmond Hill and WSP, where responsibilities included stormwater inspections, fieldwork for environmental engineering projects, and data analysis. Earlier positions included an Analytical Technologist role with the Ontario Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change and multiple lifeguarding positions that fostered strong communication and problem-solving skills. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from the University of Guelph, completed in 2020.
