Alex Zanon

Alex Zanon is a Senior Manager specializing in People & Change Management Advisory at SCS Consulting since March 2013, where Alex leads the Behavioral Science Practice and oversees numerous change management projects annually. In addition to consulting, Alex serves as an Adjunct Professor at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, IULM University, and Università degli Studi di Urbino Carlo Bo, teaching courses related to decision-making, change management, and leadership. As a co-founder of FareCentro, a pedagogical mentoring hub, Alex combines academic knowledge with practical experience, having previously held roles in HR recruitment and training management. Alex’s educational background includes a Master in Behavioral Science & Change Management and a degree in Human Resources Training & Development from prestigious institutions in Italy.
