Nirogi Siva has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. They started their career in 2005 as a Recruitment Lead at Transcend Professionals, where they provided IT services to businesses. From 2011 to 2018, Nirogi worked as a Sr Recruitment Lead at United Software Group Inc, offering customized IT solutions. In 2018, they joined Sunera Technologies, Inc. as a Lead Recruitment Specialist, focusing on innovation and digital transformation. In 2021, Nirogi held the role of Manager-Recruitment at Yantratek before joining Clean Harbors as a Principal Talent Acquisition Specialist. Nirogi holds certifications in CSM, CSPO, and ICP-ACC, indicating their expertise in agile methodologies and coaching.

Nirogi Siva holds an MBA degree in Human Resource Management & Marketing from Andhra University, which was obtained between 2003 and 2005. In addition to their degree, Nirogi has acquired several certifications, including CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) from Scrum Alliance in 2022.
