Anna Lisa Balestra

Anna Lisa Balestra has extensive experience in management and consulting, currently serving as Responsabile Area People & Change Management at SCS Consulting since January 2005, where the focus is on supporting the evolution of various markets through innovative methodologies and skills development. Previously, Anna Lisa held the position of Manager in the Banking & Insurance sector and served as Project Leader, overseeing projects primarily within the finance market. Prior to joining SCS Consulting, Anna Lisa worked as a Senior at Arthur Andersen from 2000 to 2004. Anna Lisa holds a degree in Economia e Commercio from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, earned between 1993 and 1999, and completed studies at Liceo Scientifico from 1988 to 1993.
