Jennifer Jacka-Taylor

Jennifer Jacka-Taylor, P.E., ENV SP, M.ASCE, is a seasoned civil engineer currently serving as Project Director and Project Manager at SCS Engineers since February 2023. With extensive experience across various engineering roles, Jennifer has held positions such as Civil Engineer Project Manager at TREKK Design Group, LLC, and Senior Civil Engineer at Burns & McDonnell. Jennifer specializes in environmental engineering, stormwater management, regulation compliance, and transportation engineering design, contributing significantly to projects from railroads to ponds. Notable achievements include the development of an innovative 3 Tier Constructed Wetland System for treating effluent from a coal-fired power plant and managing stormwater compliance for the City of Hutchinson, Kansas.
