Megan Hente

Megan Hente, CEM, is a highly experienced environmental professional currently serving as a Senior Project Professional at SCS Engineers since March 2022. Prior to this role, Megan worked at the College of Southern Nevada as an Adjunct Instructor in Physical Sciences, teaching online environmental courses and developing new course materials. With a robust background as a Senior Environmental Project Manager at Universal Engineering Sciences, Megan managed environmental assessments and compliance activities, including asbestos inspections and groundwater sampling. Earlier positions also include roles as an Environmental Scientist at Amec Foster Wheeler and Laboratory Manager at Missouri State University's Ozarks Environmental and Water Resources Institute. Megan holds a Master of Science in Geospatial Science from Missouri State University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science with a minor in Geology from Saint Louis University.
