Steve Harquail

Steve Harquail is an experienced Project Manager with a focus on solid waste management in the Pacific Northwest, currently working at SCS Engineers since February 2009. Steve also manages projects at SCS Field Services, starting in 2008. Prior positions include Environmental Specialist at Mckenna Environmental from March 1997 to June 2002, where Steve assisted in various environmental compliance tasks, and at Emcon from February 1992 to May 1997, where Steve developed a solid waste sampling program and contributed to groundwater and air monitoring. Steve holds a degree from The University of Montana - College of Business and attended the University of Maryland.
