Ariel Rodriguez

Ariel Rodriguez has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2023, Ariel has been working as the Vice President of Data Science and Product R&D at Scuba Analytics. Prior to this role, Ariel served as the Head of Real-Time Analytics Solutions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2019 to 2023. From 2017 to 2019, Ariel was the Head of Data Science at Jornaya. Before that, Ariel worked as the Product Leader of the Behavior Change Analytics Platform at Mobiquity, Inc. from 2014 to 2017.

Ariel has also held several senior positions earlier in their career, including Vice President of Financial Crimes and Fraud Management at TD in 2013, and various roles as a Data Science & Analytics Consultant for multiple clients and projects from 2008 to 2013.

Prior to this, Ariel worked as the Vice President of Mortgage Trading and Securitization at Luminent Mortgage Capital from 2005 to 2008. Ariel also held the position of Assistant Vice President of Asset-Backed Capital Markets at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2002 to 2004.

Ariel's career began in 2001 as a Predictive Modeler for Business Credit Cards at Advanta, and in 2000, Ariel worked as a Recommender System Developer at Omnichoice.

Ariel Rodriguez has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras. They also have a Master of Science degree in Engineering-Economic Systems and Operations Research from Stanford University. In addition to their education, Ariel has certifications as a Certified Analytics Professional (CAP®) from INFORMS, and as a Certified De-Identification Professional (CDP) from HITRUST.
