Karen Hansen

Karen Hansen has over 20 years of experience in the sports industry. Karen began their career in 2000 as the Director of Athletic Operations at Bloomsburg University, where they developed athletic schedules and game contracts for 18 varsity sport teams, coordinated facility and practice schedules, contracted officiating assignments, and supervised 50 work-study students. Karen also directed the Student Athletic Advisory Committee and served as the NCAA Tournament Director for various championships. In 2005, they joined Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute as the Senior Woman Administrator/Associate Athletic Director, where they represented women's interests, experiences, and viewpoints at the institutional, conference, and national levels. In 2022, they began working as the Business Manager at [s] Cube Inc.

Karen Hansen attended East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education. Karen then returned to East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania from 1998 to 1999, where they earned a Master of Education in Sport Management & Administration. Prior to that, they attended Goshen High School.
