Kristin Bozarth

Kristin Bozarth is a seasoned professional in community and property management with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Since July 2013, Kristin has served as Community Manager and Sr. Community Manager at Scully Company, focusing on enhancing property occupancy and increasing net rental income. Prior to this role, Kristin worked at Morgan Properties from October 2004 to March 2013 as a Property Manager, overseeing multiple apartment buildings in Cherry Hill, NJ. Kristin began their career in the hospitality sector, holding positions at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC as an Executive Sales Manager and at Westin Hotels & Resorts as an Intern/Catering Sales Manager. Kristin holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Temple University, complemented by a high school diploma from Rancocas Valley Regional High School.
