Raquel Araujo

Raquel Araujo has worked in the engineering and product management field for over a decade. In 2010, they began their career as a Trainee and System Engineer at Schneider Electric. In 2013, they moved to ABB as a Field Application Engineer. In 2014, Raquel joined HOERBIGER as a Product Manager in their Safety Business Division for NAM & LATAM. Her responsibilities included providing technical assistance, coordinating risk review meetings, participating in marketing initiatives, and creating and implementing KPIs. In 2020, Raquel became the Owner and LatAm Sales & Technical Consultant at Raquel Engineering Ltd. Currently, they are a Technical Product Specialist at Scully Signal Company, where they are responsible for providing product and application training and technical assistance to customers, regional distributors, and representatives, as well as developing and managing MRDs with an international team.

Raquel Araujo is currently enrolled in MIT Sloan Executive Education and is expected to complete their studies in 2023. Raquel previously obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2014 and 2016. Her field of study was Business Management. Raquel also holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, which they obtained between 2006 and 2011. In 2010, they obtained a second Electrical Engineering degree from USP - Universidade de São Paulo. Additionally, Raquel holds a Strategic Management Professional (SMP) certification from Wharton Online, which they obtained in February 2022. Raquel also holds an Aluna Bolsista - PET certification from the Ministério da Educação, which they obtained in January 2007.
