David Zeiden

David Zeiden has a diverse work experience in the legal and financial industry. David began their career as an Associate Attorney at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in 1998, where they worked in the Corporate Department, specifically in the M&A and Private Equity groups. In 2005, they moved to Debevoise & Plimpton as an Associate Attorney, continuing their focus on Corporate Law and M&A. In 2007, Zeiden joined Sculptor Capital Management as the General Counsel for the Asia division, and later took on the additional role of Chief Operating Officer. In 2020, they were promoted to the position of Global Chief Compliance Officer & Chief Regulatory Counsel. Throughout their career, Zeiden has held several managing director titles, illustrating their expertise and leadership in the industry.

David Zeiden has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English with a Certificate in Environmental Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. David also has a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law.
