Theo Talpasanu

Theo Talpasanu has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Theo is currently working at Sculptor Capital Management, where they hold the position of Managing Director and Director of ESG. Theo also previously served as a Portfolio Specialist at the same company. Before joining Sculptor Capital Management, Theo worked as a Fund Strategist at BlueMountain Capital Management from 2014 to 2020. Additionally, they have experience as a Market Risk Manager - Rates at Credit Suisse from 2012 to 2014.

Theo Talpasanu completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in International Management from The University of Manchester, which they attended from 2008 to 2012. In 2010, they also spent a year on an exchange program at The University of Hong Kong, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration.

In addition to their formal education, Theo holds certifications in various fields. Theo obtained a Certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute in July 2023. In March 2021, they completed the Applied Data Science I: Scientific Computing & Python program with honors from WorldQuant University. Furthermore, they hold a certification in FRM from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), without specific details regarding the time of completion.
