Michael Hollander

Michael Hollander has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Michael began their career as an Oracle Developer at Corus in 2005 and then worked as a Java Developer at m-Wise Inc from 2009 to 2011. Michael subsequently joined SRL Group as a SAP Portal & WebFOCUS Developer in 2008. In 2011, Hollander co-founded an international logistics company called Parcelio, where they served as the Co-Founder, Product, and Development Lead until 2013. Michael then worked as a Full Stack Developer at Playtika in 2014 before joining Nurego as a Full Stack Developer, contributing to the development of a SaaS metering and billing solution. In 2017, Hollander joined GE Digital as a Product Manager, and in 2018, they joined WhiteSource as a Product Manager, taking ownership over security and compliance scanning agent. At WhiteSource, they also assumed the role of Senior Product Manager, where they managed various responsibilities such as building integrations, creating freemium offerings, and leading product and roadmap sessions. In 2021, Hollander joined Swimm as a Senior Product Manager, where they played a crucial role in building the company's core desktop app and native integrations. Additionally, they scaled the Product organization and led data-driven initiatives to inform the company's go-to-market strategy. In 2023, Hollander joined ScyllaDB as the Director of Product.

Michael Hollander attended the University of Leeds from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Computer Science.
