Piotr Klonowski

Piotr Klonowski is currently the Director of Cloud Engineering at ScyllaDB since September 2025 and also serves as a contributor at Ścieżki starting from March 2025. As the founder and trainer at TheLeaders.school since January 2022, Piotr has established a platform focused on practical leadership courses. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Engineering Manager at Sauce Labs from March 2022 to September 2025, where Piotr led product growth and stability initiatives. Previous positions at StepStone Services involved leadership as an Engineering Manager and Tech Lead, while earlier experience as a Tech Lead and Senior Front End Developer at ITSG Global and ownership of projects at Interactive Agency Klonos Design Studio further solidified expertise in engineering and project management. Piotr holds a Master's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Military University of Technology, completed in June 2009.
