Jennifer P. Mongeois

Jennifer P. Mongeois, MBA has over 18 years of work experience in the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition fields. From 2003 to 2006, they held the role of Diversity Program Administrator at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard. From 2006 to 2009, they held the roles of Corporate Recruiter at ADP, Lead Recruiter at Kaplan University, and HR Project Specialist/Vision Expansion Administrator at Faith Center Ministries. From 2009 to 2011, they served as an independent Human Resources Consultant. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Talent Acquisition Specialist at American Traveler. From 2015 to 2020, they held the roles of Lead Recruiter, Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Liaison, Office of Inclusion at Magic Leap. Currently, they are the Head of People Operations and Head of Talent Acquisition at Scythe Robotics since 2022.
