Stephanie Stephanie has diverse experience in customer service and healthcare. Currently, Stephanie works at SD Bullion as a Manager's Assistant, Sales Representative, and Customer Service Representative since January 2023. From January 2022 to December 2022, Stephanie served as a Collections Specialist at Bill Gosling Outsourcing, honing skills in customer communication, debt collection, negotiation, and problem-solving. Stephanie's prior experience includes a decade-long role as an Enfermera at Caja Costarricense de Seguro Social (CCSS), focusing on user engagement and health education. Stephanie holds a Licenciatura en enfermería from Universidad Santa Lucia and is pursuing further education at UTC.
