Rachel Wielgosz

Rachel Wielgosz is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Westrock Coffee since November 2020, Rachel has a strong background in HR management, including roles as a Human Resources Generalist and previously as a Human Resources Recruiting Manager at Cintas from April 2017 to June 2020. Rachel's career commenced at Search Solution Group as an Executive Recruiter and Associate Recruiter, and earlier positions include Administrative Assistant at US Buildings and Director of Human Resources for the student-run organization Beans 2 Brew Coffee Company. Rachel earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Appalachian State University between 2012 and 2016.
