John Umoh has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. John began their career as a Business Systems Analyst at American Radiology Services. John then worked as a Senior Operations Analyst at Inovalon, a Data/Reporting Analyst (Contract) at Sirius XM Radio Inc., and a Lead Application Support Specialist/Analyst at First Potomac Realty Trust. In 2014, they became a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Heymann Realty. In 2016, they took on the role of Senior Lead Technical Business Analyst (Maryland Judiciary Information System, MJIS) at MVS, Inc. Making Your Vision of Technology Solutions a Reality! In 2018, they became a Senior Business Process Re-engineering Engr. (United States Department of Agriculture, USDA) at Konark Software. In 2020, they began their current role as Snr. Technical Business Analyst (United States Department of Treasury - Internal Revenue Service) at SD Solutions LLC. In this role, they manage the life cycle of software defects, conducts technical analysis and reviews feedback, writes and updates business specification documents, reports defects and follows up with the development lead to resolve any outstanding defects, and provides technical review reports, oral feedback and constructive recommendations to software developers.

John Umoh has a diverse educational background. John earned a Master's degree in Information Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management/Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, and an Associate of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems from Henry Ford College. Additionally, they hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
