Ellen Claes has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as People Director CET & Country Lead HR Belgium at SD Worx Belgium since 2012, with previous roles including People Director Center of Excellence and HR Manager. Prior to this, Claes worked as an HR Business Partner at BASF Antwerpen from April 2011 to August 2012 and held various consulting positions at SD Worx from 2004 to 2011. Educational qualifications include an Expert Class in Human Resources Management from Vlerick Business School, a Master’s in Meertalige Zakelijke Communicatie from the University of Antwerp, and a Licentiaat in Translation and Interpreting from Lessius Hogeschool Antwerpen.
