Björn Heuser

Björn Heuser currently serves as the Head of Support at SD Worx since June 2023. Prior to this role, Björn held various leadership positions at Matrix42 from June 2012 to May 2023, including Vice President Customer Success, where responsibilities encompassed global support, professional services, customer experience, academy, and SAM competence, as well as Director of Customer Service overseeing a 30-member global support team. Earlier in their career, Björn was a Service Account Manager, focusing on premium support and customer acquisition, and served as Project Manager at ITEX Consulting from April 2008 to June 2012. Additionally, Björn was the CEO of Sievers Communication GmbH from January 2009 to December 2011.
