Ellen Neirynck

Ellen Neirynck has a diverse work experience. Ellen currently works at SD Worx as the International Talent Director & People Director Global Enterprise Team. In this role, they oversee various squads related to talent acquisition, talent development, L&D, wellbeing, identity, and engagement. Prior to their current position, Ellen worked at Accent Jobs, where they held roles such as Talent Manager, Quality Recruitment Manager, Senior Sales Recruitment Specialist, Sales Recruitment Specialist, Account Manager, and Sales Consultant. Ellen also has experience as a Recruitment Consultant in the Technical and Food sectors. Earlier in their career, Ellen worked as a Logopedist-stottertherapeut at Car 't Vlot and their own Logopediepraktijk, specializing in the treatment of speech disorders, specifically stammering.

Ellen Neirynck completed their Bachelor's degree in Logopedie from Arteveldehogeschool from 2003 to 2006. In 2011 to 2012, they pursued a Postgraduaat stottertherapie from CIOOS. Ellen obtained an insights practitioner certification from Insights discovery in 2018. Ellen is also pursuing a Debriefing & Coaching Accreditation from Harrison Assessments Int'l, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
