Kelly Lespinoy

Kelly Lespinoy serves as the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer at SD Worx since August 2010, overseeing legal, regulatory, risk, and security operations while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Kelly has held various legal roles within SD Worx, including Head Counsel for Global Solutions and International Company Lawyer, focusing on corporate governance, contractual negotiations, risk mitigation, and legal training for management and staff. Prior to SD Worx, Kelly practiced law at Stibbe and Laga, advising clients on company law, financial law, and mergers and acquisitions. Education includes a Master's degree in Law from the University of Antwerp and additional qualifications in corporate law and leadership. Currently, Kelly is the Chair of the Board of Directors at UNIE VAN ERKENDE SOCIALE SECRETARIATEN VAN WERKGEVERS, starting in January 2024, and previously served as an advisor-expert at UNIZO KMO Adviesraad.
