Debormi Bhattacharya

Debormi Bhattacharya began their work experience in 2019 as a Summer Intern at HDFC Bank. In 2020, they worked as an Operations Trainee at the same company. Following that, in 2022, they served as a Human Resources Intern at Asiana Times. In 2023, they had two roles: a Summer Intern at Outlook Publishing (India) Pvt. Ltd., where they conducted research on HR topics, and a Human Resources Intern at UPNyX Innovative Solutions Pvt Ltd. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Vice President of Branding and Outreach at HR Workforce in SDA Bocconi Asia Center.

Debormi Bhattacharya completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Bethune College in 2018. Debormi then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Economics from Mount Carmel College, Palace Rd, Bengaluru, graduating in 2020. Debormi is currently studying at SDA Bocconi Asia Center, where they are completing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, expected to be awarded in 2024. In 2023, Debormi also obtained additional certifications in Diversity and Inclusion for HR Professionals from the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business, People Analytics from Wharton Online, and Data Analytics from KPMG. Debormi previously obtained a Business Analyst Experience Certification from Finlatics in 2022 and completed a Strategy Consulting Virtual Experience Program with Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in the same year. Additionally, they have certifications in Organizational Analysis from Stanford University and Statistics with R at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels from Udemy, all obtained in 2020.
