The Project and Service Management team at SDC is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of IT projects and services. This includes coordinating releases, managing tasks and incidents, maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), handling project portfolios, and ensuring effective service delivery. The team also manages outsourcing contracts, oversees cloud onboarding, drives organizational change, and promotes agile methodologies to ensure seamless integration and high-quality outcomes for SDC's banking solutions across the Nordics.
