Amanda Kwong

Amanda Kwong is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development, currently serving as the Senior Manager at SDImktg since September 2021. In this role, Amanda plans, designs, and implements L&D initiatives across all SDI brands, utilizing Adult Learning methodologies and Instructional Design frameworks. Previously, Amanda held the position of Learning and Development Supervisor at SDImktg, focusing on the development and execution of learning programs. Prior experience includes a managerial role in Training and Continuous Improvement at Merit Travel and managing a sales team as a Manager. Amanda possesses a diverse educational background, including certificates in Instructional Design and Technical Writing from George Brown College and the University of Waterloo, as well as a diploma in Tourism and Travel from Centennial College.
