Mario Diming

Mario Diming is an experienced Help Desk Manager currently with SDI Presence, where responsibilities include overseeing help desk operations since November 2025. Previously, Mario served as Help Desk Lead and Help Desk Analyst at SMaRT Technology Services, Inc., providing extensive support for the City of Chicago. Additional experience includes providing help desk support in various capacities for Connection, ASM Research, and DeVry Education Group, and contributions as an editor for the American Blind Bowling Association. Mario holds a Master's degree in Information System Management and a Graduate Certificate in Information Security from Keller Graduate School of Management, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University.
